1974 die capped???

so the obverse appears to have copper folded over the motto, etc - i dont know what it is

the reverse has the smashing you see but the middle relatively untouched with strong edges

the edges around the obverse are rounded

The letters and numerals are strong at some points. A true Die Cap will not have that effect.
