1974 DDR possible. There no DDR on this year

There is no DDR on this year but could your masters look at this and tell me if it possible cause the 1990 up to 2006 has this varieties list as DDR. Thanks for your helps Masters

I don't see any doubling.
Could be simple clash marks or plating issue.

 

Interesting! This must be die scratches. Cool!! I collect this kinda stuff. I find them allot. No premium only cool factor.
