1974 dd0?

    I have had this coin for awhile, but couldn't get the better pictures I get now so you could see the doubling, so I didn't post it. I love having zoom on my camera,, it really gets close. Is this a doubled die or machine doubling?

    id love to see this. anyway to get a closer shot? i have trouble getting close-ups now too. I have to figure out how BILL

    This is the absolute closest I believe I can get..I think I got it all in there. :)

    Looks like a normal small date 1974 from what I can see. A larger image might change my mind?

    first, the coin is scrubbed, so that may have an impact on what you are seeing.

    The little that I can see looks like machine doubling.

    Hi,

    It's not a DDO. It appears to have been coated in something that was removed either intentionally or by wear. In any case, the surface of the coin as well as the details are effected.

    It's a form of after Mint damage.
