You really need a better focused picture!

And the correct Numismatic Terminology is actually Doubled Die and not double die.

 

Hard to tell from the photo. Maybe some better photos will yield more opinions.

 

Can't tell anything from your picture, but Wexler only lists 1 very minor DDO visible on IGWT, so it is unlikely you have anything
