I don't see any doubling on your 74D. What you are seeing on TRUST may be post mint damage. Attached is a photo of TRUST from a 50c 74D DDO-001. Larry Nienaber
Doug, Yeah, I am not seeing any doubling on your coin either. The 1974 D DDO-001 is SUPER easy to see, even in heavily circulated pieces. Don't worry - if you're looking, I'm sure eventually you will find one! It took me years of searching to get my hands on one...and the WEEK after I bought one on eBay so I could have an in-hand example, I started finding them. Now I think I have about 25...
