    It has a mintage of over 319 Million for that year

    Just a circulated 73-S with 319,937,634 mintage - just worth one cent. But I keep all S mint memorials for some reason so if you like it keep it for the coin not the value.

    It's worth what someone will give you for it. There is a guy on Craigslist in the Modesto are on CA trying to sell pennies for hundreds of dollars. Most people will give you 1 cent. Coinstar will give you 0.89 cents.
