Huh? S-mints are fun to find here on the East coast, at least. But otherwise, I see nothing unusual about this coin.
If you mean submitted to a TPG for grading you’re wasting your money. If you mean submitting to CT that’s fine. You may not like what we say but we are as truthful as we can be judging by what we see in the photos.
I see the smudge next to the mint mark that sort of resembles an S, but it isn't the correct size to be one. Just surface damage, PMD, Post Mint Damage in my opinion.
