1973 S Penny Raised edge

    What type of mint error is this? Looks like a doubling occurred on the left edge.

    Thanks.

    Also, thoughts and opinions on this coin found in a roll. Discard, hold, or sell?

    This is simple.. Misaligned Die
    The 1970's Cents had a lot of these. I collect them and have many.
    Discard? no..
    Hold? yes..
    Sell? no major premium on this type of error since it's very minor
    Also.. it's called a False Double Rim
