I don't want to start off saying this is a Error... hoping someone can tell me what I am seeing on the reverse of this coin and if obverse. Thanks for any comments. Hoping images clear enough..

I don't know what I am looking at.. What are the arrows pointing at?

Looks like a well circulated quarter.

You seem to be pointing out normal
surfaces for a struck coin. We see
    no indication of any error.

Some arrows seem to point to surfaces
that have some 'lines' or marks from
    circulation toning.......

That's cool- it just looked as if the eagle was struck at a different angle (2nd time) too and I wanted to see what others saw. the way it goes over the S on the reverse of States..
    Thanks for your quick response.

Do you mind explaining what the pattern of lines are from on the pic I put below? You mentioned circulation toning... is there a web site you recommend to educate me more so I don't post questions similar?

I don't see any lines in the last photo you posted.

Try it again, with the top of the coin's photo orientated correctly,
and maybe we'll see something then.

One of your photos clearly shows what appear to be a fingerprint.

I was thinking that it is a fingerprint, too!

Looks like you are pointing to very old and worn fingerprints. That coin is normal. Welcome to CT.

I saw the same thing on my coins last night... just finger prints. Took a pic for you. 20190419_190841.jpg Sorry :(
