1973 looks odd

Found this in change, Not sure hat this is, to me looks like a error. But I'm not good saying that, so far I think there a error and have not been right yet. I tried to get different views. So What say you?

I don’t know why so many here are looking for a error but that doesn’t appear to be a error.

This might help you recognize what is, and what isn't possible for errors and varieties. It's long but it's interesting and informative. Also if you skip over the Q&A sections it cuts the time down alot.
