This has been well know on a few of dates in the series and, is gaining steam with collectors. Never heard of a 74P no fg but, it looks good to me. Value? Rarity? More than likely the results of a filled die. I woul hold on to it and hope it becomes a well known variety.
Thank you for your feedback. I actually just came across this too. A 1974D with no "cowlick" on the back of his hairline. The top of his hair seems to not go to a point as well making the E and R appear floating. Have you seen this before?
