1973 D cent doubled date and mint mark or MD?

what are your thoughts? I can't find anything anywhere that even talks about this.

A bit of DDD in my opinion.
Die Deterioration Doubling
In 1973 the Mintmark was punched into the Obverse striking die so it cannot be related to a doubled die.
