1973 Cent Lamination?

Lamination? On the revers side it looks as it has been filled in and it looks like a gold color. It looks as if a nickel stamped under the cent print and reason being is East of the observe side there is a star as the nickel has right before the year on a nickel.
Is that cool or what. The blurry picture is the same coin as I snapped a picture while I was moving away? Looks like its on fire!
