1972D-1DO-001 - Almost Positive

    I had a bag of about 75 1972 P & D mixed Lincoln's that I had forgotten about. I found them and decided to glass them Thursday evening. I was almost at the end of the bag and found this one. It is circulated and has a couple of spots, but it has probably the best spread of any doubled die I have found. Comments are welcomed. Thanks all!

    it's definately a doubled die but I'm not sure which die # it is but it does look like DDO 1 . these are still being found because the doubling on the 72 D cents is so minor some folks over look them.

    I agree. The doubling is very similar to 1DO-007 of the Philly 1972's.
