Just looking through my change today found a 1972 D Washington quarter it's either off center or on a wrong planchet looking on PCGS I find that there's a lot of 1972 D's on nickel planchet this quarter weighs 5.49 grams so it's under the weight I don't know if it' is 20171216_195926.jpg 20171216_200059.jpg and it's polished weird

Your coin is normal and within tolerance. It was not struck on a nickel planchet.

A Quarter is struck on a Clad Planchet. Look at the rim and you will see a copper core.
A Nickel is not a Clad Planchet. You will not see a Copper Core.
