1972 penny double die?

Is this a double die in "IN GOD WE TRUST" I AM HAVING TROUBLE SENDING THE BACK, PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I HAVE POSTED SO FAR, SORRY

And remember.. the correct Numismatic terminology is actually Doubled die.. not double die.

 

It looks like either die deterioration or mechanical doubling ... nothing with the die.

 

The numismatic term is Doubled Die. The die is doubled in manufacturing.

And this isn't one.

 

Actually, it looks like it is one of 3 listed at Wexler: WDDO-003, -006 or -008.

That is certainly a doubled die. Look at the spread on IGWT. There's a number of these, and I've never been very good at attributing them.

 

Looks good to me too which one we need some close-ups and check the markers for which one it is to
