1972-P Strange Kennedy with all sorts of stuff going on----

    I thought I would post pics of this reaaallly strange Kennedy I found today roll searching---

    It has all sorts of stuff going on---doubling, connected fonts, a "cud" on the "U" in TRUST, and more---

    Any ideas what happened here? Must have been a bad day in Philly----

    Seen those (Kennedy) with errors but not all of those!
    Its suspicious because not all # are multiple stamped.
    I'll check if i find anything i'll post later. :)

    Thanks, let me know if you find out anything. I've searched all of my reference material and can't find anything like it-----

    Looks like machine doubling to me.

    That spot on the U in TRUST is a small die chip, not a cud. A cud is a large break in the die that includes the rim.

    Nice pictures! Looks like MD with a little die deterioration mixed in.
