I'm guessing this is MD. Would I be right?

Looks like MD to me - flat shelving rather than round identical numbers found on DD's.

MD stands for Doctor but on your coin do you see

MD stands for Doctor as far as I know but on your coin do you see flat shelve like doubling? Does it look pushed pulled or scooted? Do you have any reason to believe it is not mechanical/machine or strike doubled?
Each time you must instantly ask yourself these questions and prove it to yourself what kind of activity during the minting process caused this to happen.
    You already knew though right?
It's great to ask questions but not so much about what you already know or should rapidly be a knowing.

Thank's bhp3rd for the clarification. I don't know why it has taken me so long to understand the differences between machine doubling (and doctors), strike doubling and double dies. But your right, I should have know the difference by now. I think with your post and the one above it by statequarterguy, I finally have it.
