Hey I have a Lincoln 1972 with a Great Obverse Date and had a question about the date being wider in Die . Also the same for "Liberty" and visible also "IGWT". Here are a few pics of both obverse and reverse . Thank you
the letters and date are wider because of heavy use , they got flattened down making them spread out wider
