Nice coin. 40% silver I am assuming? Not sure if it's just the picture, but it looks like it's getting that nice baby blue toning. Specially on the reverse.

Yes it is silver proof, but I am not sure if it's CAM? I purchased this at an online auction for $9 and I think its worth a little bit more.

I honestly thought it would be worth grading because the sides of the coin had that shiny rim like feature that I see on high graded coins.

It looks like one of the proofs in the rectangular holder from the Mint?

The lighting from the scanner obscures the view of the presence of cameo on this coin.

Any chance you can take a pic instead?

If it's cameo, and grades higher than 68, it might be worth the submission fees if that's what you are thinking of.

Yes I was thinking about getting it submitted for grading. Although I have an awesome scanner (Epson V30) I don't really know how to use it haha. I will do some research on this today, how to make the scanner good, and then I will post up new pictures by tonight!!!

I'm really excited about this coin!

This is a bummer!! I got a good photo but when I was handling the coin I must have brushed it with a cloth....

    Yikes!

I don't see this getting a cameo, but it's still a nice proof. I would keep in the OGP myself.

I believe it is still in the early stages of toning, i would leave it in the box as well because these are a fairly common toning pattern and the ones that fetch the real premiums are the coins that have progressed a little further with the toning.
