    Nice! It isn't the most dramatic variety for that year though, but it is still a GREAT find! :thumb:

    thank you for the feedback. It is nice to get confirmation of what I saw. I am going to go through the rest of my 1970s now. Here's hoping :)

    The date looks more like MD then it does a DDO. I am having a little trouble with your pictures trying to verify the the rest of the cent. Go to www.coppercoins.com and do a variety search (left and corner), you can check to see DDO varieties they list and compare it with yours.
