The first looks like a lamination error also called delamination. Cool find, but not worth more than a dollar or two. The second simply looks like a worn die and or circulation. Not an error, worth face value.
Hi I love this kind of cent error basically that's all I collect now 10 to 20 bucks more if you can tell if it was pealed before the strike nice

The Lincoln Cent is a lamination error and only worth a few dollars. Nice to have but nicer to find. The Grant Dollar is worn and worn face value. Welcome to CT.

No..... TPGs are not your friend, nor are they there to help the collector. They’re for profit businesses perfectly happy to take your money while offering nothing of value in return. Submitting is a game and as with most any game, if you play wisely you can win, but play poorly and 99%+ of the time you’ll lose. If you think you have something, your best bet would be to share first with the board.
