Ok, I have these in my book, all from circulation at various times. I had simply kept them because the looked like they were in decent shape. So I went through them looking for RPMs and well, exactly how common is a 1971S Rpm? Cuz the only one that looks normal is the last one.
sure looks like rpms , check the coneca and doubleddies, my internet is working so slow rite now, I am lucky its working rite now.
Showed this in another thread, You have to take RPM with a grain of salt for 68-72 era of SF cents IMO, Jim 1970S MD different one MD
I'm no expert on RPMs. Many of the 1971-S RPMs are proof coins. Your top photo looks like a proof but there's too much glare to see it clearly. IMO the 2nd and 3rd photos look more like Die Deterioration Doubling. Wait for the experts. In the meantime check against http://varietyvista.com/02b LC RPMs Vol 2/RPMs 1971S.htm
