1971-s MM? also possible notches date?

Hi all, Happy Sunday!!!!

Well I am not sure if this anything, I tried to find a MM variety for this, but I did not find this one; if it is. I also noticed the 7 seemed a little more thick and I think I see notching on the bottom right and the top right, but that's me LOL. I also think I may be seeing a slight notch on the lower part of the 9. Well I hope it's something, what do you guys think?

As for the doubling, I don't see any split serifs. I'm not sure about the mintmark.

ty for the reply!!!!!!!!! I thought the notches and poss dbld were very slight anyway, but I am a hoping for the MM; seemed like something unique.
