I posted this coin once before in the 'What's it worth' section in regards to what a 'Peg Leg' variety would be worth. I'm posting it here now because I noticed what looks like a line under the 'L' and 'I' in LIBERTY. And I didn't really notice the same effect any where else on the coin. These are the best pictures I could take. It was a real struggle and took a lot of time. Hopefully it wasn't in vain.
From those photos, I can't tell if it is a scratch on the coin or one on the plastic. Regardless, I don't think it was caused by a scratch on the die. Chris
