    Looks to be MD - Mechanical Doubling..
    Not a true Doubled Die variety IMHO

    Man I’ve looked at so many articles and pictures I still cant figure out how to tell the difference maybe coin hunting is not a good hobby for me.

    Is it mechanical doubling because the whole letter does not have the doubling let’s say you were tracing a picture and you picked the paper and then set it back down but it not line up perfectly the same, and you traced the picture again you would see the second trace lines anywhere that had already been traced it wouldn’t have spots where the tracing still lined up.

    Not sure if I explained that well I actually confused myself writing it but I think it makes sense
