1971 Dime (error?)

My first time. From the little I've learned the 9 & 7 look like possible machine doubling but I thought I'd check with some who know a lot more than myself. Also the IN GOD WE TRUST IS slightly lower than any other dimes I looked at. The W in WE is touching the rim. Opinions please.

Not a Doubled Die variety IMHO

As a die ages during use, the design details have a tendency to creep toward the rim...die deterioration. This occurs across all denominations...jmho...Spark

 

I'm in the die deterioration camp plus lots of wear.
