This maybe is just me being hopeful, but this 71 look weird to me. That E and S! Liberty looks pretty normal. Thoughts? I know this isnt the FS-101 obviously, but can't seem to wrap my head around it being deterioration.
I think what you are seeing is metal flows. Caused by a Worn Die. Known as Die Deterioration Doubling.
