    It is damaged, had a hit from the top, if an RPM, there would be indications of the bottom the 'D' raised up the same height inside the opening in the the 'D' and there isn't such.

    To be honest I do not really think the VV is one either from the single photo, but that just means I would never purchase it as one myself. Jim
