    Hi does the nose and back on Lincoln look doubled

    I can't tell. But the reverse looks like it was struck with a grease filled die.

    Look at you coin where you see doubling from all four angles, and change the direction the light comes from. There is a thing called reflection doubling that can be hard to unsee without change the light direction..
    The reverse of your coin does Look Like struck through grease/debris but it is not, the weakness is in the common areas of a weak strike. All the weak areas are in the shape of Abe's bust on the obverse.
