1971 D half dollar error?

Can anyone give my any information about the coin I found and if it could be worth anything? The color is much different than it should be. The normal 1971 half dollar in the pictures is only for color comparison. Thanks.

It doesn’t seem to be, but I’m fairly new to coin collecting so I’m not sure. I searched the web for something like it but haven’t found much info. I’m not sure if it’s a die error, old and dirty, or something else.
