1971-D Eisenhower

I went to a local store and asked if they had any half dollar or dollar coins and they had this. I am no good on its worth so I am lost. I am thinking maybe $5 I don't know.

Also I don't sell coins I am collecting them but knowing a value is good to know

By local store, do you mean a retail merchant or a coin store? Are you thinking of paying $ 5.00 for an Ike? Most Ike's are not valued over face unless it is slabbed MS69 or 70. Anything else you can pick up at any bank for face.

Make that slabbed MS-65 or over.

 

Closer to $3.50, if you can find someone to give you that much. Consider how you got it. I could do the same thing, more than likely.
