I purchased some 1970's rolls of cents and found these two errors. You can almost make out the outline of Lincoln's profile on the one cent that has a pristine reverse. The second cent has a weak strike/struck thru grease issue both obverse and reverse.
With the obliterated design on the first cent, I would say that it is a counter brockage, But I am usually wrong. I do not see anything that says PMD. Here is a reference that might help you identify it.http://www.error-ref.com/?s=counterbrockage http://www.error-ref.com/?s=die+cap
