these are the most confusing coins I have ever come across.....
does anyone know any clear or concise way to tell the different ones and the different metals?

it all started when I got a hold of a
1975 Bicentennial Medal Commemorating The Battles of Lexington & Concord
im guessing its 90% but but some say its not....its a messy topic cant find anything anywhere
    any help?

I thought they were all pewter.

There are ARBA medals that are sterling but these are different designs than "America's First Medals".

I bought this one around 1976 by mail from the official site.
