I identified this for certain by the die marker below the first E in liberty. You can see the raised dot below and to the right next to the edge of the frame in the closeup of LIB.. It's kind of beat up and probably not good enough, or valuable enough to slab. I am pretty stoked though. It came out of the same bank box as a 1969S, and 1969D no FG, as well as the beautiful 2011 DDO I found.
