Yes, it's a small date '70-S. As far as grade? It's tough to tell from the photo as I don't see any luster in it. But from the details present, it looks at least AU-BU details. A photo of the reverse would help as well.
Nice cent, I hate thoughs little scratches, for the age I think they're expected. I always put them in a place and forget about them but after seeing what you have presented maby I'm wrong. nice cent.
