Looks like it is a large date, but I won't say for sure because you have your image tipped to not read the date straight on. Also would help to see a very good pic of the date area.

Large date. The curl on the 9 and the well struck LIBERTY.
The point on the bottom of the nine should be sharper.
I do see doubling on the date, but there are a few possibilities there.

For me the 9 in 1970 is the key to this identification of the Small versus the Large date. The weak "Liberty" can be a little deceiving especially with the Proofs. I always look for the location of the tail on that 9 . On a large date the 9 will be chopped off and will point to the bottom of the 7. The small date's 9 this tail will be tapered with the end pointing towards the middle of the 7. This variety can be difficult to see and is best viewed with a 10x loupe or larger. The one shown in your photo is a Large Date.

Okay so I have tried to get a straight picture of the date but it’s like curb or something a little bit because every time I take it it looks like the coin is slanted to the right but these of the best pictures I could come up with 98D6F353-F994-4C3A-A6F9-DC87C17EC205.jpeg

Sorry to say, the small date 1970-S is far more rare.

But what the heck, save your large date anyway. Someday you (or your grandchildren) might want to fill an album.

FYI, it's expected the U.S. will phase out the cent from circulation sometime soon. (Canada started their cent phase out in 2013.)
