Welcome to the forum. All I can see is evidence of almost fifty years of circulation. Lots of wear, dings, scratches but that is about it.

I just see a worn quarter as well.

Also, you should tell us what you think is different. Many members, who could provide insight, do not have the time or patience to play guessing games. In addition, people can provide you with info on why the area in question is not an error, which can also be valuable learning. Just trying to provide some recommendations

One thing to notice about your coin is that it has seen a lot of circulation. There are numerous hits and scratches as well as wear. There's nothing obvious in the minting process that would result in all the anomalies that you reference. However, all the damage present on the coin is very strong indication that the things you see are just due to 48 years of circulation.

Sorry, but it's not a mint error

To the right of Washingtons portrait in the field could be "die clashes". They tend to be raised kinda like speed bumps with defined edges sometimes. Google it and do some comparisons!!! Thats my $0.25 worth!!!!

I see the circle in the first picture but that could be anything from a hit to a stain. If there was clashing there it's be obliterated by the wear and tear.

    No mint errors no fouls.
