1970 Lincoln cent small or large?

Hi guys, newbie question. Is this a small or large date?

I am tempted to say L/D however your picture is way to small for me to accurately tell.

Looks Large.

The '9' points down, and the '7' is below the '0'.

 

That's a large date.

I have got to have better pictures to see for sure, but my first guess is that is a small date. I do not see the notch in the 7 and the tail of the nine looks like the more curved variety.
