1970 D quarter RDV-008?

I did some research on this coin and wanted to know if it is an RDV-008. If it's not, can you tell me which variety it is for future reference? I've been to a couple of websites with pictures but wasn't sure so I wanted some opinions. Thanks!

What are we supposed to be looking at? That looks like washing machine wear to me.

What makes you think it is a variety?

 

I was just checking coins that I have and being a new to coin collecting I would like some help.

 

The leaves to not appear to rise above the arrow tips on your coin, so may I ask what you are seeing to think it may be this variety?

 

Any doubling on the date looks like MD.

 

to me it looked like the leaf goes above the arrow tips but there is a shadow so I'm not certain...

 

Again, it's in a really awful condition, so it's hard to tell if it's die wear or coin wear.
