That does look like a nice crispy coin. Maybe some better close up pictures will help us out a bit more.
I've got an original roll of 1970-D quarters and about 5-6 of them look as nice as this. Based on what I see here, I might go MS66. Depending on what a closer look might show me, even perhaps a 7.
looks like it came from a 1970 Mint Set. I'd say MS-66 is probably about right, but hard to say without seeing it in hand.
