    No need for "quotation marks"..
    Yes it looks like a good Floating Roof.
    It's caused by an overpolished die.
    Neat but nothing really major.

    That's a nice floating roof. All caused by over polishing a Die to extend its life. A nice variety but you won't retire on it.

    Meow likes it too. If you are happy with it, keep it and just be out one cent for spending. Collecting $100 dollar bills for various reasons besides spending could be a bit of a issue.
