It is not uncommon for this design detail to be missing ether from a Debris Filled Die or from Die Wear.
If you are an error collector and new to the game, it would be neat to put it in a 2X2 and save it to your collection. The more knowledge you get and the more you search, the better your finds. If you save it, one day you'll pull it out again and reminisce on how far you've come and how much you have learned.
