Most likely Mechanical Doubling.

DDR-002 is a proof your is a business strike, and not a DDR.

 

Agree with P and G, not a proof and not a DDR.

@Travis G ...it would have been better had you mentioned where you thought you saw doubling, and provided a clear close-up of the area. As it is, like @Pickin and Grinin , I resorted to Wexler or VV to isolate to what you were getting at.

Then I took a secondary look at your coin, but it was a moot point by then, as P and G discovered it was not a proof, so it couldn't be wddr-002 for that year.
