1969S DDO

Any comments on this would be helpful. I recently saw a 1969S auction for 15K and it only had some slight doubling on "LIBERTY."

I see DDD, but nothing that suggests it is a DDO-1 or 2.

 

Don't book that round-the-world cruise just yet!
