These coins are hard to find in the Best grades I found a few rolls of nothing but the D and and hand full of the 69p it is a little more hard to find there all about in this shape or better got them from the bank I didn't even know they still hold on to these coins like this. Is this very odd that a Bank would just have dolls off 69 with different types in it you will find a s ever now and then mostly d but they all have that real Rich looking color I guess that'comes with age I guess I call it a bronce color to it every single one you seen one you have seen all of them.
Someone may have been saving rolls by date and decided to turn them in to the bank!! Not really that unusual!
I never thought of it like that lot of times I will ask for the oldest rolls of coins you guys Carry all they can do is tell me know. I'm telling you these new pennies are taking over quick it's hard to find old coins any more I've got a good hot spot right now but it could go bad I'm getting ready to start hitting my counties that sournd me see if I can have any look just change it up for awhile can't hurt nothing.
I just got a few of those ones too, someone just took their Dad's old rolled money to the bank...to swap it out for real money!
This D is rather strange-looking. The date is strike-doubled, and the mint mark will double-up, too, in those cases, as they were punched in after the dies were made. Get us a sharper picture of this area, if you can. This D looks to be a little too out of whack in this picture, although strike-doubling is extremely common for this date.
