I doubt it will grade with the damage.

The note is in poor condition, probably very good. Not much value I am afraid.

The Official Red Book of United States Paper Money is a good reference. It even has a section on grading. Though the prices aren't quite accurate on alot of the notes, it still gives a good indication of value.
20160718_110745.jpg and yes that note will grade. Paper isn't like coins, I have yet to see a note, even pieces of notes, not get some sort of grade.

All paper notes will grade, but judging from the condition of your note, it will probably cost more to grade it than it is worth.

I don't plan on getting it graded, just wanted to know for my own reference. I think it cool and I'm gonna hang on to it. Thanks Hommer for the book recommendation, I ordered it online today
