I think he's referring to the iberty in Liberty, I see some mechanical doubling which is common and no extra value

I have a 1982-D small date copper
I have a 1943 copper
I have a 1955 doubled die
I have a 1944 steel cent
I have a 1965 quarter on a silver planchet
etc., etc., etc.
