1969-S no S??

    I just randomly picked this coin out of my replacement pile for when I CRH, and I noticed that it looked like there used to be an S on it...Could this be a mint error, really elaborate and deliberate PMD, or am I just seeing things?:

    I think just seeing things. Although a little fuzzy on he surface view, it appears that die lines go through the area, which wouldn't if the S had been taken off, or if grease filled. the corrosion pattren imitates an outline. IMO.
