1969-S Mint mark question

    Whats the deal with this? Also... is this a proof type 69-S... Its SUPER shiny and a looks like it just came out of a proof set!

    You will need clearer pics. Also, take a pic of the side...that will help decide if it's a proof.

    Nothing special. scratch marks.

    That is from a mint mark punch that has some slight deterioration within the curve of the S. Fairly common.
